Job summary

AlphaGlobal, based in Karachi, is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate bulldozers, excavators and loaders to move materials and support construction tasks. This is a physically demanding role requiring attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, performing routine maintenance, reading construction plans, and coordinating with team members to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a heavy equipment operator or similar role.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours when necessary.
