Job description

As an Equipment Operator you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators and loaders to assist with construction and maintenance projects. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment while following all company policies and procedures.

• Work closely with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of operating various types of heavy equipment (e.g., bulldozers, excavators, loaders).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent hand‑eye coordination.
• Physical stamina and strength for prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy objects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary.

Salary: Competitive salary of $1,500 per month for this full‑time position.
