Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Pakistan is seeking a role based in Lahore and Rawalpindi to provide 80% sales support and 20% administrative support. Regular field visits to hospitals and institutions are part of the job, with responsibilities across sales, tender preparation, and admin tasks.

The role requires a university degree and 3–5 years in electromedical equipment or consumable sales, plus strong English and computer skills to coordinate with the head office and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum university graduate with 3–5-year experience in electromedical equipment / consumable sales.
• Good proficiency in computer applications and written and spoken English is expected.
• Pleasant personality with positive and helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales & business development activities within the assigned zone/territory to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and healthcare institutions through regular visits, meetings, and follow-ups to promote FME products.
• Coordinate with internal departments for resolving any customer-related issues.
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory and work for expansion of the customer base in line with the Company’s sales strategy.
• Coordinate and maintain accurate and timely records of Delivery Notes (DNs), invoices, Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proactively work on sales assignments and collections and keep the stakeholders updated.
• Coordinate with head office team for any public sector business for preparation, submission of tender documentation, follow up and tender updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, interactions, follow-ups, account receivables, deliveries, sales activities, and other relevant business activities.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales activities, customer feedback, market developments, collection status, tender opportunities, and other relevant territory matters.
• Supervise contractual support Staff as administrative assignment, including general office maintenance by engaging appropriate vendors as per policy.
• Maintain petty cash and expense record for submission to head office, arrange payments of utilities and support for any relevant procurement activities.
• Supports HR Department in general branch administration activities, organizing company events, employee engagement activities, employee onboarding and maintenance of security equipment installed.
• Any other adhoc administrative task assigned by the HR / Line manager.
