Head Pastry Chef

Our busy bakery in Multan is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Pastry Chef to join our team. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry department, including creating new recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and training and supervising other pastry chefs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create new pastry recipes that are unique, delicious, and visually appealing
• Manage inventory levels to ensure all necessary ingredients and supplies are on hand
• Order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
• Train and supervise other pastry chefs, ensuring they follow proper techniques and standards
• Ensure quality control by regularly tasting products and making necessary adjustments
• Oversee the production of pastries for both in-house orders and external events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, flavor profiles, and presentation styles
• Ability to create new recipes from scratch while also being able to follow established recipes accurately
