Job summary

JazzWorld seeks a strategic Head of Delivery – SI, Cybersecurity & Managed Services to own end-to-end delivery across systems integration, cybersecurity, and managed services for enterprise and public sector customers in Pakistan.

The role demands senior technical authority, leadership of a multi-disciplinary engineering team, and the ability to establish a scalable delivery model with OEM partners and a thorough operating framework.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering SI, cybersecurity and managed services for enterprise clients.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary technical teams (15+ engineers).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, PCI‑DSS, and SBP regulatory expectations.
• Ability to recruit and build delivery capability with a hiring plan.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for SI, cybersecurity and managed services.
• Lead delivery governance with PMO, Delivery Supply Chain.
• Act as senior technical authority from kick-off to customer acceptance.
• Manage OEM and partner delivery relationships.
• Build and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Represent delivery at senior levels during escalations.
