Job summary

Billwise is seeking an experienced operations leader to own end-to-end RCM delivery across all client accounts and report directly to the founders as the company scales. You will shape how we operate while building a high-performing billing team.

You will set quality standards, design and run the training program for new billers, manage client escalations, and drive performance reporting in a fast-paced environment. Strong US RCM experience and HIPAA know‑how are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid hands-on US RCM experience.
• Experience leading a billing or BPO team.
• Strong English and client-facing communication.
