Job summary

HRSI is seeking a Head of Management Audits to provide independent, risk-based assurance across head office functions. You will lead audit teams, oversee fraud examination activities, and drive the internal audit program in alignment with international standards.

The role requires 10+ years in internal audit, with knowledge of IFRS, risk-based auditing, and data analytics. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Global Internal Audit Standards and IFRS.
• Experience with risk-based auditing and fraud examination.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate audit risk areas to inform the annual internal audit plan.
• Execute audit engagements and supervise staff to ensure timely completion.
• Lead interviews, document reviews, surveys, memos and working papers.
• Develop and document audit issues, recommendations and action plans.
• Recruit and train internal audit staff and maintain professional certifications.
• Ensure audits follow international standards and approved methodologies.
• Represent internal auditing in cross-functional projects and meetings.
