Job summary

TransPeshawar seeks a Chief Internal Auditor to lead the internal audit function, planning, implementing and monitoring risk controls across the company. You will regularly review processes to enhance governance and transparency in the organization.

The role requires extensive experience in audits, strong knowledge of standards, and the ability to advise on improving financial controls and risk management. Reports to Audit Committee / BOD TransPeshawar, salary package is market based.

Qualifications

• Member of a recognized body of professional accountants or CIA/CA.
• Experience in internal audit effectiveness and documentation.
• Familiarity with Public Sector Companies Corporate Governance Rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent assessment of internal controls and risk management.
• Prepare audit charter and audit program; coordinate with external auditors.
• Report findings with corrective actions and improve governance processes.
• Identify weaknesses and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
