Qualifications

• Graduate preferably in Management & Marketing with relevant experience.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience required.
• Location: Lahore, Pakistan.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Design and implement SOPs for optimal building operations and controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAM collection, reporting, and defaulter management.
• Manage customer relations to maintain high occupancy for rental operations.
• Handle legal contracts and ensure compliance.
• Develop resident engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with Head Office on ad hoc commercial assignments.
• Communicate with residents and facilitate secondary sales.
• Resolve complaints and meet SLAs/TATs.
• Foster relationships with vendors, affiliates, and residents.
