Job summary

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from a recognized nursing school.
• Valid Pakistan Nursing Council registration.
• At least 5+ years in nursing management and 2 years as AHN.
• Safe medication administration.
• Familiar with the involvement in the concept of QINP.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing policies and processes.
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
• Readiness to work in flexible hours.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing team and ensure training and direction.
• Collaborate with doctors to prepare and follow patient care plans.
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure quality care and cleanliness.
• Review physician rounds and ensure treatment modalities are followed.
• Maintain medical records and supervise staff.
• Coordinate with nursing director to develop clinical services.
• Recruit staff and provide required training.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission guidelines.
