Job summary

We Are Revolution Ltd. is building a new AI-powered recruitment platform focused on the US legal and accounting markets. You will own delivery, lead an engineering team, and personally write substantial production code while guiding architecture and delivery decisions.

You will work remotely with founders and one or two developers, delivering a live pilot within two months and scaling features weekly using Claude as a core tool in the development workflow.

• Product built from concept to production.
• Experience shipping AI applications used by real people.
• Strong English communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define product architecture and technical roadmap.
• Lead hands-on development across backend, frontend and AI workflows.
• Extensive use of Claude and Claude Code to increase speed and productivity.
• AI voice/chat integration, CV processing and structured data extraction.
• Deployment, monitoring, security, reliability and operating costs.
• Code review and technical direction for a small team.
