Job summary

Careem Networks FZ LLC is seeking a data-driven Product/Growth Operations Lead to own the end-to-end release cycle and funnel optimisation for Careem Pay assets. You will drive multi-channel growth, define messaging, and ensure assets are positioned for maximum impact.

In this high-visibility role, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth and Marketing, design experiments, and manage rapid iterations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product operations, growth operations, digital marketing operations or related field.
• Experience creating scalable operating processes for growth asset types.
• Strong data-first mindset and analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze data independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM and product launches post development until full scale-up.
• Own the user funnel with data insights to define and inform the roadmap.
• Set up touch points throughout the Careem app and across channels.
• Manage growth touchpoints across the super-app, loyalty surfaces, and marketing channels.
• Define and maintain a structured asset calendar, ensuring channels are live and correctly targeted.
• Lead rapid experimentation cycles with speed and rigour.
• Serve as growth ops interface with Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, and Loyalty teams.
• Partner with growth and analytics on experiment design and incrementality.
• Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure timely, on-brand assets.
• Document operational processes, configurations, and segment definitions.
