Careem Networks FZ LLC in Karachi is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I to own backend domains for the Quick and Shops stack, building scalable services in Golang and coordinating with mobile teams to ensure a seamless customer experience for millions of users.
You will design REST APIs, manage event-driven systems with Kafka, work with AWS, and mentor junior engineers while driving cross-team technical discussions and exploring AI-assisted tooling in daily workflows.

We power everything a customer sees and interacts with inside the consumer app — from browsing to checkout — through a server-driven UI architecture that keeps our mobile and backend teams tightly aligned.
