Pro Consulting is looking for a skilled SEO & Full Stack Developer to manage and grow our website's search performance while handling hands-on coding and WordPress development.

This hybrid role blends technical work across front-end and back-end with strategy, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, audits, and performance monitoring. You will work independently, delivering reliable results and contributing to the digital presence of a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO and full stack WordPress development.
• Strong full stack development skills.
• Experience building WordPress websites with themes and plugins.
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO.
• Excellent English communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
• Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and landing pages.
• Develop and maintain website features across front-end and back-end as needed.
• Optimize website speed, structure, and technical health (schema markup, sitemaps, indexing).
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs/SEMrush).
• Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, security issues, and plugin/theme conflicts.
• Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and web development best practices.
