Purpose of the Job – Overview

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Type: Hybrid

Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM BST

Few hours on Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

Presentation Design:

Develop and design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, incorporating custom graphics, charts, diagrams, and infographics.

Create and maintain core design systems, including fonts, colors, styles, and backgrounds, to ensure brand consistency.

Transform complex information into clear, concise, and visually appealing slides.

Utilize presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and other design tools effectively.

Graphic Design:

Design graphics for presentations, including icons, illustrations, and other visual elements.

Design Email Marketing Templates for internal departments according to the latest trends to engage the audience and improve the email opening rate.

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.

Stay updated on design trends and best practices for crafting dynamic and persuasive presentations.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and presenters to understand presentation goals and messaging.

Seek and incorporate feedback to ensure presentations meet the needs of the audience.

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Project Management:

Manage the presentation design process from start to finish, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ensure all presentations are polished and professional.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation software.

Strong understanding of graphic design principles and visual communication.

Experience in creating visually engaging presentations and graphics.

Ability to translate complex information into clear and concise visuals.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
