Job summary

Kinetic Kube in Lahore is hiring a mid–senior Graphic Designer to take briefs from concept to finished artwork across branding, digital campaigns, packaging, print and outdoor advertising. You should have a strong eye for typography, layout and visual storytelling, plus hands-on skills in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign to deliver production-ready artwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating capabilities
• Previous advertising, creative or digital agency experience preferred
• Strong hands-on command of Illustrator and Photoshop, plus InDesign for layouts and print materials
• Experience in packaging, print and large-format design, including preparing artwork for production
• Strong typography, font selection, composition, colour and image-editing skills
• Ability to understand a brief, explain design decisions and develop original work independently
• Attention to detail, ownership of deadlines and ability to work across multiple brands

We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer (Mid–Senior)

Kinetic Kube | Lahore | Full-time, On-site

Salary: PKR 100,000–160,000 per month, based on experience and portfolio

Kinetic Kube is looking for a creative, technically strong Graphic Designer who can take a brief from initial concept to finished artwork across branding, digital campaigns, packaging, print and outdoor advertising.

You should have a strong eye for typography, layout and visual storytelling, along with the practical skills to deliver work that looks good on screen and translates accurately into production.

What you’ll work on

• Develop original concepts and campaign visuals for clients across different industries.
• Design social media creatives, digital advertisements and brand communication materials.
• Create packaging artwork, labels, boxes and product mockups.
• Design billboards, outdoor advertising, standees, brochures, catalogues and other print materials.
• Build and apply brand identities, maintaining consistency across different formats.
• Prepare final artwork to printer and vendor specifications, including dimensions, dielines, bleed, colour settings and appropriate resolution.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams, manage revisions and deliver multiple projects on time.
• Maintain organised, editable source files and complete project handovers.

What we’re looking for

• At least 3 years of relevant professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating your capabilities.
• Previous advertising, creative or digital agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong hands-on command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, plus working proficiency in InDesign for layouts and print materials.
• Proven experience in packaging, print and large-format design, including preparing artwork for actual production.
• Strong typography, font selection, composition, colour and image-editing skills.
• Ability to understand a brief, explain your design decisions and develop original work independently.
• Attention to detail, ownership of deadlines and confidence working across multiple brands.

AI experience is a plus

Practical experience using tools such as Higgsfield, HeyGen, Adobe Firefly or similar platforms for client work is welcome. We would love to see examples showing how you used these tools and refined the output into finished creative work.

Strong graphic design fundamentals and production knowledge are essential. AI and basic motion design skills are additional advantages.
