Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, branding, and digital design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative and design tools.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, composition, color, hierarchy, branding, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives, marketing goals, and creative briefs into strong and original visual concepts.
• Develop creative ideas and visual directions rather than simply executing predefined designs.
• Create high-quality designs across web, social media, paid advertising, presentations, campaigns, and other digital formats, including static and motion content.
• Develop campaign concepts, creative themes, moodboards, visual systems, and design directions.
• Use AI-powered creative tools for ideation, exploration, image generation, prototyping, and production.
• Refine, direct, and enhance AI-generated assets to achieve professional, brand-appropriate results.
• Maintain and evolve a consistent visual identity across channels and touchpoints.
• Apply typography, composition, layout, color, hierarchy, balance, and visual storytelling.
• Take ownership from concept through final delivery and respond to feedback.

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong eye for visual quality, original ideas, and modern design. This role is for someone who can think beyond standard templates and turn business objectives into distinctive, compelling, and high-quality creative work.

The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with excellent conceptual thinking and a modern AI-assisted creative workflow. You should be confident developing ideas from scratch, exploring different visual directions, and taking a concept from initial idea to polished final execution.

You will work closely with marketing and creative teams across brand, digital, social, advertising, and other creative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital design, brand design, or a similar creative role.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative thinking, concept development, typography, layout, branding, and digital design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong command of relevant design tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative and design tools, with the ability to incorporate them meaningfully into the creative process.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, composition, color, hierarchy, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to generate original creative concepts and turn abstract ideas into strong visual outcomes.
• Strong ability to balance creative experimentation with clear communication and business objectives.
• Ability to use AI as a creative accelerator while maintaining strong human-led judgment, art direction, and originality.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual polish and quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively, take feedback, iterate quickly, and defend creative decisions when appropriate.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
