## Graphic DesignerFull Job Details#### Job Description**Grade/Level:** Grade 1 Urdu Reading Book & Teacher’s Guide **Job Type:** Contract — 3 Months **No. of Positions:** 01 **Salary:** PKR 165,000 per month **Joining:** Immediate### Qualification* Intermediate qualification or above.* Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is an advantage.### Experience* Prior experience in book layout, publication design, or similar print-production work.* Experience with Urdu-language materials is preferred.* Experience preparing final artwork for offset printing.* Experience converting content from Word, PDF, CorelDraw, handwritten notes, or rough sketches into InDesign/Illustrator files.### Software Skills* Expert-level proficiency in **Adobe InDesign** — primary requirement.* Strong working knowledge of **Adobe Illustrator** and **Adobe Photoshop**.* Familiarity with **CorelDraw** and **MS Word**.### Key Responsibilities* Convert approved manuscript content, illustrations, and design references into fully laid-out, print-ready Urdu-language materials.* Ensure accuracy of Urdu composition.* Maintain visual consistency throughout the publication.* Prepare artwork according to print-production requirements.* Meet tight deadlines and milestone-driven production schedules.* Manage multiple rounds of revisions across a large volume of pages.### Other Requirements* Candidate must be based in **Karachi**.* Must be able to work **in-office for the full duration** of the engagement.* Must have a **personal laptop/computer** capable of handling large, graphics-heavy design files.* Strong attention to detail.* Ability to work under tight deadlines.* Personal laptop is specifically required.
