Job summary

DrivenStack is seeking a sharp automation expert to own the full delivery pipeline, from scoping client problems to shipping production-ready systems.

You’ll build and deliver GoHighLevel funnels, workflows, and AI-powered automations for a growing client roster. This is a high-responsibility, on-site role requiring logical thinking, rapid execution, and ownership of complex projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms (Make, Zapier, OpenAI APIs).
• Ability to break down messy problems into clean, deliverable systems.
• High execution speed with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and deliver GHL funnels, workflows, and automation systems.
• Design and implement AI-driven automations (chatbots, lead routing, smart follow-ups, API integrations).
• Own projects from intake to delivery and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and iterate on live systems.
