Job Summary
As a CPQ Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of CPQ solutions to enable accurate, efficient, and scalable quote-to-cash processes. You will collaborate with sales, product, pricing, and finance teams to ensure that CPQ solutions streamline configuration, pricing, and quotation generation, delivering measurable improvements in sales efficiency, accuracy, and revenue realization. This role emphasizes business impact through digital sales transformation and process automation.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CPQ implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as quote accuracy, deal cycle time, and revenue impact.
- Partner with sales, product, pricing, finance, and IT teams to translate strategic sales objectives into executable CPQ processes and solutions.
- Drive business impact by improving quote accuracy, reducing approval delays, and accelerating time-to-revenue.
- Define and optimize workflows for product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quote generation.
- Provide strategic guidance on CPQ integration with CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms to enable end-to-end visibility and seamless deal execution.
- Establish change management and governance frameworks to ensure adoption and realization of CPQ-enabled benefits.
- Mentor and lead consulting and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous capability building in CPQ.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must-Have: Expertise in CPQ solutions (Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, or equivalent).
- Strong ability to design and implement value-driven quote-to-cash processes with measurable KPIs.
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP integration (Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA, or equivalent).
- Experience in analytics, workflow automation, and process optimization.
- Proven success in stakeholder management, leadership, and delivering large-scale CPQ transformations.
