Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized university (16 years of education).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in student counseling, educational consultancy, or corporate customer service. Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and high potential are encouraged.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic internet research.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Academic Counseling: Conduct career counseling sessions to assist students and parents in selecting appropriate courses, universities, and destination countries.
• Admission Management: Evaluate academic credentials, check entry requirements, and efficiently process applications for international partner universities.
• Visa Guidance: Inform and assist students regarding visa documentation, financial requirements, and interview preparation in compliance with immigration guidelines.
• Lead Conversion: Actively follow up with walk-in inquiries and digital leads to ensure maximum conversion and student enrollment.
• Database & Operations: Maintain accurate student records, update CRM systems, and assist in daily branch coordination.
