Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Pakistan is seeking an organized procurement coordinator to update procurement systems, coordinate approvals, and support sourcing and finance teams globally.

You will handle data integrity, supplier communications, and ensure timely project deliverables. You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice issues, prepare sourcing documentation, and contribute to cost, quality, and delivery goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Written communication skills in English, preferred.
• This position may require licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contacts suppliers to maintain pertinent data, obtain needed documentation, and enable suppliers in procurement systems.
• Support identification/resolution of supplier invoice and payment issues.
• Support completion, closure, and recording activities for various contracts and other supplier documentation.
• Prepare documentation for sourcing events.
• Initiate/Support work delivering results in meeting cost, quality, delivery, and inventory goals.
• Support supplier quality activities with supplier quality improvement engineers, suppliers, and category teams.
• Liaison between procurement teams and other functions.
• Participating in health safety and environmental awareness and improvement activities and daily tasks.
• Perform any other tasks assigned.
• Participate in Project teams, when necessary, to ensure effective implementation of change.
• Communicate with the supplier and work with supplier to manage Project deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Use common process tools and business systems to provide repeatable analytics and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity of all procurement information as it is created and deliver ongoing improvement of existing data.
• Identify improvements for business processes.
