Job summary

A leading IT firm in Islamabad is seeking a Network Admin Engineer / NOC Specialist to ensure efficient operation of IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include monitoring network performance, incident management, and system administration in a 24/7 environment. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-4 years of NOC experience. Relevant certifications are highly desirable. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar IT operations role.
• Experience with network monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance, health, and security events.
• Act as first point of contact for IT networks infrastructure-related incidents.
• Full support and maintenance of corporate networks.
• Monitor security alerts and perform initial investigations.
• Provide communication to stakeholders regarding incident status.
