Job summary

Edge seeks a visionary Director of IT to lead technology strategy, infrastructure, and security across the organization. You will build a scalable, secure IT ecosystem that supports Edge’s rapid growth and digital transformation.

Lead a global IT team, drive cloud adoption, governance, and incident response, and partner with business leaders to enable strategic initiatives while maintaining data privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including managing infrastructure, applications, and security.
• Proven success in building scalable IT systems and leading digital transformation in high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, ERP/CRM systems, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall IT strategy aligned with business goals and growth plans.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and innovation across all technology functions.
• Drive automation, process improvement, and system optimization to enhance productivity and service delivery.
• Manage IT governance, data privacy, and compliance in line with global standards.
• Partner with business leaders to identify technology opportunities that enable strategic initiatives.
• Oversee vendor management, IT budgeting, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and strong data protection protocols.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, enabling Edge to operate smarter, faster, and safer.
