Job summary

Dollar Industries (PVT) Limited is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead a transformation of its marketing function. You will own master-brand strategy, portfolio management, product innovation, shopper and OOH marketing, digital and e-commerce, and the overall marketing P&L.

You will shape a lean, agile team and drive growth in Pakistan and overseas, reporting to the board and collaborating across commercial functions.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years in consumer marketing with 3+ years in a senior brand or marketing leadership role with P&L accountability.
• FMCG, consumer goods, or stationery sector experience; a brand relaunch track record is a strong plus.
• Proven record of building or scaling a lean marketing organisation.
• Confident at Board level, and just as effective working directly with the team.
• Product & Brand strategy and portfolio management.
• Marketing budget, ROMI and P&L ownership.
• Cross-functional leadership across a commercial organisation.
• Team building and coaching; Agency and vendor management.
• Strategic judgment under ambiguity; Decisiveness balanced with governance and discipline.
• Demand creation, management and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own master brand equity and portfolio strategy and give the final call on how the brand shows up everywhere.
• Lead the new-product-development pipeline with go/no-go decision at every stage-gate.
• Direct shopper marketing and Out-of-Home as one integrated funnel in a category where the point of purchase drives conversion.
• Set the digital and e-commerce mandate as the channel builds.
• Own the marketing P&L across A&P, shopper marketing, product development, and digital.
• Build and coach an agile team, scaling it by contribution, not by a fixed headcount ladder.
