Role Description

The Fundraising Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This position is responsible for planning and executing fundraising strategies to support the organization's programs and advocacy initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and cultivating donor prospects, preparing grant proposals and funding applications, managing donor relationships, and organizing fundraising events and campaigns. The Fundraising Manager will collaborate with program and communications teams to develop compelling narratives and materials, maintain accurate fundraising records, and monitor progress against revenue goals. The role also involves analyzing fundraising performance, recommending improvements, and ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values.
