Job summary

GRACE Association Pakistan is seeking a committed fundraising and partnerships professional to turn program priorities into fundable proposals and lasting partnerships in Islamabad. Working closely with GRACE’s leadership, this role will turn program priorities into fundable proposals and lasting partnerships.

It is hands-on, requiring initiative and follow-through, from researching opportunities to developing applications and maintaining relationships.

Qualifications

• Background in NGO/development work.
• Experience in fundraising and donor engagement.
• Proven ability to develop proposals and budgets.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop GRACE’s fundraising and partnership strategy.
• Identify donors and maintain a prioritized funding pipeline.
• Lead concept notes, proposals, budgets with program and finance teams.
• Build donor relationships and communicate needs and program results.
• Diversify funding and strengthen reporting against commitments.

GRACE Association is a registered Non‑Profit Organization (NPO) under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 with a registered office in Islamabad. GRACE works to expand opportunities for marginalized communities through inclusive education, girls’ empowerment, youth development, environmental action and community engagement envisioning a prosperous and peaceful society by empowering marginalized and economically vulnerable communities in Pakistan.

We are seeking a committed professional who wants to help sustain and grow this work by building partnerships, securing funding and strengthening organizational capacity.

About the Position:

Working closely with GRACE’s leadership team, this role will turn program priorities into fundable proposals and lasting partnerships. This is a hands‑on role requiring consistent time, initiative and follow‑through, from researching opportunities and engaging potential partners to developing applications and maintaining relationships.

We welcome someone who finds meaning in grassroots development, understands the realities of a resource‑constrained nonprofit and can make a reliable commitment alongside their other responsibilities.

Key Assignments:

• Develop and implement GRACE’s fundraising and partnership strategy.
• Identify suitable donors and maintain a prioritized funding pipeline.
• Lead concept notes, proposals, presentations and budgets with program and finance teams.
• Build donor relationships and communicate community needs and program results.
• Diversify funding, strengthen donor reporting systems and track progress against commitments.
