Aagum Trucking Experts LTD. is seeking a Safety & Compliance Specialist-Transportation to ensure regulatory adherence and oversee driver files, HOS, and CVOR events across safety and compliance activities.

The role involves audits, data-entry, and cross-department collaboration to enhance safety standards in trucking operations. Weekend availability may be required and proficiency with Zoho CRM and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Punjabi language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) from ELD logs is advantageous.
• Familiarity with MTO and DOT regulations is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail and strong time-management.
• Proficiency with Windows applications and common office tools (Zoho CRM, Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Database management skills are essential.
• Open to weekend work if required.
• Experience with other trucking companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Driver Hours of Service (HOS) from ELD logs and driver files and qualifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform audits and monitoring to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
• Oversee fleet and driver files to ensure compliance.
• Manage CVOR events and compliance monitoring.
• Data entry of Driver Qualification Files and Fleet maintenance records.
• Report and schedule follow-ups with drivers on violations, tickets, accidents, injuries, claims and other incidents.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve driver retention and handle driver complaints.
• Order Driver Abstracts for Annual Reviews.
• Evaluate Driver Fuel and Border crossing efficiency.
• Update records and provide reports as required.
• Be on call to handle emergency situations and assist with other safety and compliance functions.

We are looking for experienced, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our Company’s Transportation Safety and Compliance Sector to promote high standards in Safety and Compliance in the Trucking Industry in Canada & USA.

DUTIES:

• Responsible for Driver Hours of Service (HOS) from ELD logs and driver files and qualifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Hours or Service and MTO and DOT regulations is a plus
  
• Keen attention to detail, good time management and organizational skills
  
• Computer proficiency – Excellent computer knowledge – Zoho CRM, Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF, and PowerPoint
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Ability to organize work to meet deadlines.
  
• Data base management skills a must
  
• Available to work on some weekends if required
  
• Experience with other trucking companies is a plus.
