Job summary

Navigator HR Consulting Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to build modern web applications using NestJS and React/Next.js. The role emphasizes delivering scalable backend services and responsive frontend interfaces, with intermediate AWS knowledge to deploy and maintain cloud resources.

You'll collaborate with product managers and designers to ship high-quality software in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience developing production‑grade web applications.
• Strong experience with NestJS for backend development.
• Experience with React.js and Next.js for frontend development.
• Intermediate AWS experience, including deployment and management of cloud resources.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and API security.
• Experience with PostgreSQL using an ORM such as Prisma or TypeORM.
• Good understanding of Git, GitHub, and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience consuming and integrating third‑party APIs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS.
• Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop secure RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during planning, development, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards.
