Job summary

QuirkyBit seeks a seasoned full-stack developer to design, build, and scale a healthcare application. You will craft front-end interfaces with React/Next.js and TypeScript, and develop robust back-end services with NestJS, integrating AI/NLP models.

You will handle database design (Postgres, SurrealDB), containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP). The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance and secure coding practices, with mobile prep in React Native and C++ optimization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with modern technologies.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and NestJS.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and cloud environments (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS).
• Familiarity with SQL databases (Postgres) and modern alternatives (e.g., SurrealDB).
• Experience with mono-repo management tools like TurboRepo or NX.
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and data protection (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

• Work on backend infrastructure for AI models using Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Contribute to ensuring compliance with HIPAA and SOC2 standards.
• Optimize for performance across platforms, including preparing for mobile development with React Native and C++.
• Assist in developing innovative NLP solutions to enhance the performance and reliability of our AI systems.
