Flexify Fusions, a Karachi-based creative digital agency, is seeking a Front Sales Executive to drive new business and present integrated website, branding, and digital marketing solutions.

You will identify prospects, qualify leads, deliver persuasive presentations, and manage a structured sales pipeline while collaborating with designers, developers, and marketers to craft compelling proposals and ensure smooth handovers.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, conduct follow-ups, and move opportunities through a sales pipeline.
• Understanding of website design, branding, digital marketing, or technology services and the ability to explain them clearly.
• Client-focused approach with strong listening, needs analysis, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, sales reports, and concise business communications.
• Comfort working with targets, maintaining accurate records, and managing multiple prospects.
• Professional, self-motivated, organized, and capable of collaborating with creative and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue prospective clients through market research, outreach, networking, and lead follow-up.
• Understand client requirements and recommend relevant website, branding, marketing, and technology services.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and service explanations.
• Maintain an organized pipeline, update lead records, and provide regular activity and sales reports.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, marketers, and project specialists to support accurate proposals and smooth handovers.
• Build long-term client relationships and follow up on opportunities.
