Job summary

Prime System Solutions seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Migration Consultant to support a multi-site ERP migration on a fractional basis. The project involves migrating two sites to SAP S/4HANA: one from SAP Business One and one from Sage.

You will lead migration activities across sites, coordinate with business stakeholders and partners, oversee data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live, and provide regular updates on risks and blockers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Experience managing or supporting ERP migration/conversion projects.
• Hands-on or project-level experience with SAP Business One and/or Sage migrations.
• Strong understanding of ERP migration processes, including data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fractional/part-time engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the SAP S/4HANA migration activities across multiple sites.
• Manage the migration of one site from SAP Business One to SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage the migration of another site from Sage to SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, SAP consultants, and implementation partners.
• Support requirements gathering, migration planning, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project progress.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support resolution of migration-related issues.
• Ensure effective communication between business and technical stakeholders throughout the migration.
• Support cutover and go-live planning and coordination.
• Provide regular project updates and escalation risks or blockers when required.
