• 3+ years of hands-on UX research experience in a fast-paced product environment.
• Proven success running mixed-methods research independently.
• Strong research craft — from planning and recruiting to synthesis and insight delivery.
• Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to influence product decisions and challenge assumptions with empathy and data.
• Experience working in agile squads or tribes.
• Passion for coaching and helping teams scale their research maturity.

Responsibilities

• Lead research across the product lifecycle.
• Own and execute end-to-end research initiatives.
• Conduct exploratory and evaluative studies.
• Apply diverse research methods: usability testing, surveys, etc.
• Translate research insights into actionable recommendations.
• Establish and document UX research standards.
• Coach and support designers, PMs, and cross-functional partners.
