Job summary

CCL Pharmaceuticals in Sundar, Pakistan, invites applications for a Formulation R&D Specialist. You will develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations from concept to commercialization, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and scalable manufacturing across in-house and third-party setups.

The role involves pilot trials, pre-formulation studies, scale-up support, technology transfer, and documentation.

Qualifications

Pharm-D or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
3–5 years of experience in formulation R&D in the pharmaceutical industry.
In-depth understanding of formulation development, scale-up, and transfer.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and project coordination abilities.
Time management and documentation discipline.
Familiarity with lean practices and process improvement frameworks.

Responsibilities

Support development of pharmaceutical formulations from concept to commercialization.
Design and optimize stable, scalable formulations meeting quality and regulatory standards.
Support pilot trials, pre-formulation studies, scale-up, and troubleshooting.
Contribute to technology transfer and regulatory documentation.
Assist with supervisory duties to ensure continuity across R&D operations.
