Medicslab in Karachi seeks an Executive Research & Development professional to lead new product development, coordinate with supply chain and marketing, and drive product innovation. The role oversees herbal and nutraceutical product innovation, requiring strong cross-functional coordination and documentation.

Applicants should hold a Pharm.D, B.Pharm, B.E.M.S, MSc Chemistry, M.Phil Pharmacy, or BEMS with 3–4 years of relevant experience in R&D or NPD within pharma or FMCG.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in R&D or New Product Development within pharmaceutical or FMCG sectors.
• Experience coordinating across multiple functions (R&D, supply chain, marketing).
• Strong documentation and communication abilities are required.

Responsabilités

• Organize, supervise, and manage all new product development activities, including material procurement, trial batch planning, execution, and sample submission.
• Create product formulations that receive approval from Business Development, Marketing, or senior management.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure timely availability of resources.
• Maintain coordination with Business Development, Research & Formulation, Marketing, Production, and Quality teams to follow the NPD process flow.
