Job summary

HR Ways is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to establish the risk framework for a new forex brokerage in Lahore. You will develop policies, monitor exposure, and implement hedging strategies to ensure conformity with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong experience in forex/CFD risk management, stress testing, and risk reporting, with cross-functional collaboration across senior teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in market risk or forex brokerage risk management.
• Experience designing risk controls for retail forex/CFD platforms.
• Knowledge of hybrid A-book/B-book execution and hedging risks.
• Experience with risk policies, stress tests and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the risk management framework for a new forex brokerage.
• Monitor market risk, client exposure and margin/leverage risk.
• Design hedging rules and exposure controls; manage risk limits.
• Prepare risk reports and governance materials for senior management.
• Collaborate with compliance, finance, operations and tech teams.
