Job summary

Joblogic is hiring an experienced Flutter developer to build and maintain secure mobile apps for clients, both online and offline. You will migrate existing functionality to Flutter, integrate with backend APIs, and ensure scalable, high-performance experiences on iOS and Android.

The role emphasizes secure storage, token-based auth, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust features in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Flutter developer to join our team and help us build andmaintainhigh-quality, secure, and performant mobile applications for our clients. In this role, you willbe responsible fordeveloping new features in Flutter,migratingand translating existing mobile app functionality into Flutter, integrating with backend APIs, and ensuring the app performs reliably online and offline.

Essential Experience and Skills

• Proficient in Flutter and Dart, with a strong understanding of the widget lifecycle, reactive architecture, and cross-platform (iOS/Android) app development.

• Experienced in translating and porting existing mobile applications into Flutter, preserving business logic and delivering a consistent user experience across platforms.

• Skilled in re-implementing existing app features in Flutter, ensuring functional parity, minimal regressions, and a smooth migration path for end users.

• Strong understanding of mobile application security, including secure local storage, encryption of sensitive data, certificate pinning, and secure authentication/session handling.

• Proficient in consuming and integrating RESTful/GraphQL backend APIs, including token-based authentication, structured error handling, and retry/timeout logic.

• Experienced in secure sharing and exchange of data between the app and backend services, ensuring data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

• Hands-on experience with local storage solutions (SQLite, Hive, secure/shared preferences) and building offline-first functionality with reliable background sync.

• Skilled at handling large volumes of data in an optimized way, using techniques such as pagination, lazy loading, caching, and efficient list rendering to keep the app responsive.

• Strong grasp of state management approaches (e.g. Provider, Bloc/Cubit,Riverpod,GetX) to build scalable and maintainable applications.

• Experienced in writing and maintaining widget, unit, and integration tests, along with using debugging and profiling tools to identify performance and memory issues.

• Proven ability to work with third-party SDKs, native platform channels, and plugins to bridge Flutter with native iOS/Android functionality.

• Demonstrated effective use of AI-assisted/agentic coding tools (e.g. Claude Code) in day-to-day development to improve productivity while maintaining code quality.

• Committed to continuous learning and growth, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and timely issue identification.

• Strong communicator, experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams using tools such as Jira and Slack.
• Creative and innovative thinker, consistently contributing fresh ideas and solutions in alignment with current technological trends.

Nice to have:

• Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps Pipelines,Fastlane,Codemagic).

• Understanding of push notifications, deep linking, and background processing in Flutter.

• Basic understanding of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.

• Understanding of Azure DevOps repositories and practices.
