Job summary

Work standard in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking an experienced Finisher Female to join our manufacturing team. The Finisher will complete final touches on products, sanding, polishing and applying finishes to meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Key duties include inspecting finished items for defects, repairing or adjusting as needed, maintaining equipment and workspace, and following all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience as a finisher in manufacturing or production.
• Experience sanding, polishing and applying coatings/finishes.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot defects in finished products.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Finisher Female to join our team in Karachi Pakistan. As a Finisher you will be responsible for completing the final touches on our products ensuring they meet our quality standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Finishing products by sanding polishing and buffing surfaces
• Applying coatings and finishes according to product specifications
• Inspecting finished products for any defects or imperfections
• Making any necessary repairs or adjustments
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment and work area
• Ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience as a finisher in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience with sanding polishing and applying coatingsfinishes
• Attention to detail and ability to identify flaws in finished products
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with wood or other materials commonly used in finishing processes
• Knowledge of different types of finishes and their applications
• Prior experience working with power tools such as sanders and buffers
