Job description

We are in search of a skilled Finisher to join our team on a contract basis As a Finisher you will be responsible for completing the final steps of the production process ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards This role requires attention to detail manual dexterity and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Key Responsibilities

• Sanding polishing and buffing finished products to achieve desired smoothness and shine
• Applying paint or varnish to enhance appearance and protect from damage
• Inspecting finished products for any defects and making necessary repairs or adjustments
• Assembling finished components into final product according to specifications
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Communicating with team members and supervisors about progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent technical training in finishing is preferred
• Proven experience as a Finisher or in a similar role is an asset but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise finishing work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time

We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this contract position
