Qualifications

• M.Sc. Chemistry or Pharm-D with 8–10 years in QC/QA roles.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GLP, ALCOA+ data integrity and CAPA.
• Experience leading Finished Goods QA in a pharmaceutical lab.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and monitor the Finished Goods section.
• Oversee EHS and Quality Compliance of the lab.
• Monitor FG release on time and minimize QC-induced delays.
• Audit/inspect; drive CAPA closures and document control.
• Coach teams, set SMART goals, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
