Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily financial affairs, including bills, invoices, reimbursements, etc.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and records
  • Participate in the company's budget preparation and financial forecasting
  • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely payment and collection
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing
  • Assist with the analysis and report preparation of financial data
  • Assist with financial audits and prepare related documents and data
  • Maintain and update financial systems and documents
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Financial Manager
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting or related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting
  • Good at numbers, good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous, patient, with good organizational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
