Job summary

PTCL.Official in Pakistan is seeking a Finance Transformation professional to drive end-to-end process assessment, redesign, and automation across finance functions. You will map As-Is/To-Be processes, identify bottlenecks, and lead optimization initiatives with Lean Six Sigma and ERP enhancements.

The role requires strong collaboration with IT and business teams, development of KPIs, and delivery of measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Finance or Management Science.
• Professional Certifications, Lean Six Sigma Certification.
• Finance Transformation experience would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, map, measure, and redesign end-to-end finance processes using As-Is/To-Be mapping, Lean Six Sigma, process mining, to eliminate bottlenecks and non-value-added activities.
• Identify automation and ERP optimization opportunities; translate redesigned processes into requirements, coordinating with IT and solution providers through design, UAT, and implementation.
• Manage finance transformation initiatives end-to-end, including project planning, milestones, risks, dependencies, stakeholder coordination, implementation, and post-implementation reviews.
• Establish process baselines and KPIs; track transformation outcomes and benefits through performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with process owners and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and stabilization of redesigned processes and digital solutions.
• Benchmark finance processes and performance against leading practices; maintain a pipeline of continuous improvement initiatives.
