Job summary

Corporate Panorama is seeking an Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager with strong US GAAP knowledge to lead accounting operations, financial reporting and tax compliance. The role emphasizes audit-ready statements, controls, and insightful financial analysis for decision-making.

You will oversee month-end close, budgeting support, and coordination with internal teams and clients, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality across financial data.

Qualifications

• CPA, ACCA, CA, ICMA or related certification preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience; CPA-level experience preferred with US-based company.
• Experience with multiple accounting software (QB Desktop/Online, SAP, NetSuite, Sage).
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, month-end close and audit support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and comply with policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping and financial reporting.
• Prepare, review and analyze audit-ready financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
• Ensure records comply with accounting standards.
• Apply US GAAP in reporting activities.
• Perform reconciliations, journal entries and month-/year-end closings.
• Prepare and review management reports.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare federal, state and local tax filings and documentation.
• Ensure tax compliance and support audits with documentation.
• Review processes to strengthen internal controls and accuracy.
• Provide financial analysis to support decisions and profitability.
