HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally in Karachi seeks a seasoned finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting, payroll, and tax compliance. You’ll oversee invoicing, budgeting, and cash flow while preparing monthly reports for founders.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years of related experience and strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, invoicing, and accounts receivable.
• Experience managing payroll, tax compliance, budgeting, and cash flow.
• Ability to prepare monthly financial reports and present financial information clearly to the founders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's day-to-day finance function, including bookkeeping, accounting, and financial record maintenance.
• Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups to ensure timely collections.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
• Ensure tax compliance and maintain accurate tax records in line with applicable regulations.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial plans.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and provide regular updates to the founders on the company's financial performance.
• Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records to support business decisions.
