The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 5+ years' experience, and is familiar with Pakistani standards. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, along with strong English communication, is required. The role involves audits, tax reconciliations, and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CA qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Familiar with Pakistani accounting standards and tax rules.
• Proficient in financial software and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with good numerical processing skills.
• Good English reading and writing skills, good spoken English preferred.
• Good professional ethics and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Process daily bookkeeping, tax filing and finance statement on time and ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Maintain fixed asset ledgers and depreciation calculations.
• Responsible for annual financial audit and internal control.
• Responsible for tasks related to the annual corporate income tax reconciliation and settlement.
• Review invoices and determine withholding tax and net payment.
• Keep all financial documents safe, such as tax returns, electronic invoices, and paper invoices.
• Maintain daily communication with group headquarter’s finance staff and local financial agents, and establish SOPs to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Group Finance Manager

• Process daily bookkeeping, tax filing and finance statement on time and make sure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Maintain fixed asset ledgers and depreciation calculations.
• Responsible for annual financial audit and internal control.
• Responsible for tasks related to the annual corporate income tax reconciliation and settlement.
• Review invoices and determine withholding tax and net payment
• Keep all financial documents, both paper and electronic safe, such as tax returns, electronic invoices, and paper invoices.
• Maintain daily communication with group headquarter’s finance staff and local financial agents, and establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the Group Finance Manager
