H&S Logiq in Lahore seeks an experienced Accounts & HR Manager to oversee the organization’s financial and human resource functions. The role requires five+ years of experience in accounting operations, payroll, budgeting, tax compliance, and reporting, with expertise in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel.

You will lead a five-person team, manage recruitment and onboarding, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain HRIS records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting and HR management experience.
• Expert knowledge of QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel.
• Experience with payroll, budgeting, tax compliance, and statutory reporting.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping to maintain records.
• Oversee payroll management ensuring compliance with wage and tax regulations.
• Customize reports and optimize processes within QuickBooks Online and ERP systems.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and profitability reports.
• Supervise a team in accounting and human resources functions, providing guidance and training.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and maintain employee records using HRIS.
