Troxis is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team in Lahore. You will support daily accounting, maintain records, and ensure accuracy across financial systems in a fast-growing software company.

Responsibilities include closing activities, budgeting support, payroll assistance, and preparing management reports. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in accounting/finance and 1–3 years' experience, with strong Excel, analytical, and organizational skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, AP/AR, or financial operations.
• Experience in a software house, technology company, SaaS business, or corporate environment preferred.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial record management.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on diverse finance responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
• Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring proper categorization and reporting.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and management reports as required.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities.
• Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities.
• Review financial records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies and clarify financial information.
• Respond to routine finance-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Regularly review financial data for errors and inconsistencies and report findings to management.
• Assist in payroll support activities, reimbursements, and financial documentation when required.
• Take ownership of ad hoc finance projects and assignments as delegated by management.
