Job summary

HR Ways is seeking a Finance Executive to join our fast-paced consulting environment in Karachi. The role involves bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and working with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems.

You will prepare financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure GAAP compliance. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (Masters preferred) and have 2+ years' experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; Masters preferred.
2+ years in Accounting/Finance, preferably in a consulting environment.
Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with GAAP compliance.
Proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, and reconciliations; advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

Document and record financial transactions using Oracle NetSuite and other accounting software.
Prepare vouchers, bank receipts, and payments in line with financial policies.
Reconcile accounts, transactions, and discrepancies using financial data.
Assist in preparing balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.
Ensure records are accurate and GAAP compliant; support budgeting and forecasting.
Conduct audit documentation and internal financial analysis; optimize workflows in NetSuite.
