Job Overview
The Finance Executive will play a key role in supporting the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, managing financial transactions, and assisting with reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
- Record, review, and reconcile financial transactions in accounting systems.
- Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring proper categorization and reporting.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and management reports as required.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing required documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities.
- Review financial records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies and clarify financial information.
- Respond to routine finance-related queries from employees and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review financial data for errors and inconsistencies and report findings to management.
- Assist in payroll support activities, reimbursements, and financial documentation when required.
- Take ownership of ad hoc finance projects and assignments as delegated by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Financial Operations.
- Experience working in a software house, technology company, SaaS business, or corporate environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial record management.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on diverse finance-related responsibilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
