Qualifications

• CA/CPA/ACCA/ICMA/MBA in Accounts or Finance from a reputed university.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform tasks collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation of operating financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Processing appropriations and related business forms, checking balances, approving purchases.
• Recommending best practices to other departments regarding fiscal processes.
• Issuing invoices, maintaining account records, and handling payments.
• Cooperating with internal departments to reconcile accounting differences.
• Auditing and tax preparation support and reviews.
• Updating financial spreadsheets and reports with current information.
• Assessing financial strategies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Providing payroll administration support.
• Maintaining records and documenting financial procedures.
